I acknowledge that the Company will conduct an initial analysis or project “Kick-off call” and suggest strategies for implementation at no charge. I also understand that certain additional optional services, such as digital advertising, may involve external costs (including but not limited to ad spend on search engines or social platforms), which would be at my own discretion and expense.
I grant CK Business Agency permission to use information related to this initiative, including but not limited to my business name, logo, testimonials, and content generated during this engagement, for promotional and marketing purposes on the Company’s website, social media, and other platforms. I acknowledge that any content shared may be publicly accessible and used by the Company for marketing and promotional purposes.
Furthermore, I agree to complete a survey provided by the Company and to leave a review or testimonial regarding my experience with the Company’s services. I understand that my participation in this initiative is voluntary, and I or CK Business Agency may choose to withdraw at any time before the initiative begins. I acknowledge that after the completion of this initiative, I must formally inquire and complete onboarding as a client if I wish to continue working with the Company under a paid engagement.
